It is extremely important to us for you to receive your orders in the best condition. For this we only work with reputed couriers to deliver your products to you in the quickest time. 

Keeping in mind the on-going situation of COVID-19 in our country, we are only doing no-contact delivery to play our part in flattening the curve so that the healthcare system doesn’t become overwhelmed. Additionally, restrictions across India may affect the time frame of delivery of products. 


  • How can you pay for your orders?
  1. We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking, Wallets, Cash on Delivery(There is an additional convenience/handling charge for Cash on Delivery orders between Rs 100-150 basis of order value and this amount is non refundable in case of return/exchange).
  2. For International orders Cash on Delivery is not available.


  • What is the cost of shipping?
  1. Shipping for all orders within India is Free. For all international orders, shipping cost will be calculated and added at the end
  • How long will it take for the order to reach me?
  1. Depending on your location it will take about 1-14 days from the time of order placement, for domestic orders and 15-20 days for international orders to reach you. More details regarding the shipping time is mentioned under each product. 
  2. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We are striving to give you the best experience possible and will keep you informed in case of any delays.
  • What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
  1. We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +91 7021776645 or write to us at and we will try our best to resolve the issue at the earliest.
  • My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
  1. For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
  2. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.


  1. The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by the customer, it cannot be estimated by us before or after placing an order with us. Also we cannot assure you if the particular order needs to be paid or not, it’s totally not under our control.


  1. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  2. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
  3. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by TAC and accept TAC’s decision regarding the cancellation.
