The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

1.When is an item eligible for return?

  • The return policy for all our products vary and the same is mentioned on the products page. Kindly check that before ordering.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it. It must be returned with all original packaging and tags. and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
  • Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2.What is the process to return a product?

  • In case of returns please check the Shipping and Return policy on the respective product page. In case of any query please feel free to contact us on +91 7021776645. Returns need to be self-shipped by the customer or if return is arranged by TAC for products that are eligible will be charged ₹150.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Please ensure that you use a reliable courier service. The costs for the return will be borne by the customer. 

3.When is an item eligible for exchange?

  • In case of size exchanges: Some products allow only exchanges in size. 
  • In case of product exchange: You can exchange some products for any other product on the website. The same is highlighted in the return and exchange policy on that products page.
  • In case you have received damaged or wrong products: If you have received a wrong or a damaged product, please notify us with your order number within 48 hours of receiving the order at We will ensure a receive a new piece at the earliest, once we inspect the damaged piece you share with us. 

4.When will I receive the money after returning the product?

  • Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 7 days. 
  • You will get a refund of the amount you have paid towards the returned products once these requirements are verified. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. You will receive the credit within 7-9 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • In case of COD order the amount is refunded as TAC Store Credit which you can use for your future orders and the COD convenience/handling charges charged at the time of placing the order are non refundable.

5.Can I return or exchange a sale item?

  • All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for the sale products.

6.When will a Return or Exchange not be initiated?

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • Product is used or altered
  • If a request is initiated after the acceptable return days mentioned on the respective product page.
  • Some products are not eligible for returns or exchanges and the product specific return and exchange policy is mentioned on the product page.

7.Can I cancel the order after placing it?

  • Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
